Bats are good at hiding, but not so good about cleaning up after themselves. They leave big piles of guano and urine that build up to create mold spores that can lead to lung disease. Bats must be evicted at a certain time of year and in a professional way to ensure the safety of all bats. Often times, bats roost in various gaps such as siding gaps, unscreened vents, shutters, etc. Nets are used to guide the bats out safely while keeping them from getting back in. Holes in siding, dryvit, vents, etc. are also used by bats to get in a building, and we use an application called a bat valve that funnels the bats out safely while keeping them from getting back in.

REPAIR

Highest quality materials are used to repair current entry ways and possible future entryways. Our goal is for our work to not be visible upon completion. We don’t just put caulk in a gap, we use industrial strength sealant that blends in with its surrounding materials, and for a lifetime of longevity. We don’t just paint over water damaged wood, we replace it correctly with the best quality wood, concrete board, and/or metal etc. We seal all vents with quality paint-to-match metal screening for an invisible look with a lifetime of longevity. All repairs are done to where animals are not able to get back in, and backed up with a one year warranty.
